things that are helping me currently:

knowing that i can only focus on one thing:
i will fully engulf my mind into whatever my task is or whatever distracts me or involves me
sleeping : SERIOUSLY! I always thought it was bullshit but seriously sleeping will help.
being held
talking to friends about it
