hi friends!!! i’ve written some things down that help me with intrusive thoughts and here’s what i got so far: things that are helping me currently: knowing that i can only focus on one thing: i will fully engulf my mind into whatever my task is or whatever distracts me or involves me writing sleeping : SERIOUSLY! I always thought it was bullshit but seriously sleeping will help. being held talking to friends about it please please please feel free to drop some of yours below!
