anyone around to talk? I'm just feeling down, and like I'll never get out of this cycle. I started meds a week ago and am just waiting for them to actually do something, and I feel hopeless.

I completely agree. The wait is the hardest but we got this. My therapist told me to write down a scenario I would love to feel. I wrote once my meds kick in I will have energy and not cry so much. I will want to get up and go for a walk or exercise. I will be my silly old self and laugh a lot and I won’t be afraid to go to the doctor. I will also want to go to cookouts and I will finally have a medication I love. It helps me to read that out loud sometimes.
