Can someone help with these symptoms I’d have had anxiety for years but it never affected my sleep. Ever since I have taken the Covid vaccine last year I have more buzzing in my ears, hard to stay asleep and when I wake up. It’s like My mind is racing and I can’t focus ,very in tense staring off Any one have anything like this. Is this just symptoms of. GAD.?
