Dealing with Nausea and Stomach Issues

Peppermints (Altoids) and Zofran. Prescription med.

Prebiotics. Also did autoimmune elimination diet. Lost all excess weight and know what food effects me.

I ended up seeing a GI doctor for mine and come to find out I was so constipated that it was causing me to be nauseous all the time. I ended up having to take magnesium citrate to clear me out. Highly suggest seeing a GI before taking that stuff as you dont want to take it unless you need to.
