my family disagrees with my need for a psychiatrist/therapist and also doesn’t believe I have adhd. I recently started getting bad anxiety attacks again and recently got a semi-diagnosis for my adhd from my therapist and lots of thoughts are racing through my head all day, everyday and it kills me that I can’t talk to them about it. I love them and I wish I could pour out my feelings and show them how I’ve been struggling for the past few years.
