why are there no options on here for “diagnosed ocd but i undiagnosed myself with it but i don’t have a better way to describe those symptoms unless i get an autism diagnosis” and “scared to ask for and to not ask for an autism screening so i don’t want to say i have autism but also i need to communicate that it’s a very strong possibility”

Just call yourself autistic. If you're not a kid anymore, it's near impossible to get a diagnosis. If you have the symptoms, it isn't wrong to run with it until you're sure

No! That's bad advice!! There are plenty of ways to get diagnosed!! There are a few websites that walk you through the process too! Yes it's very important to get an official diagnosis! No I'm gonna have to be the one to go find one of those websites huh. Ugh. Bbs
