Avoiding Panic: How Do You Cope?

My panic disorder has been so out of control I have left my car parked in places and taking a Lyft home and try to get the motivation to go get it after days have gone by and this started happening out of no where with my fear of driving

Yes after Covid, my anxiety has been terrible and it’s hard to even imagine going out and doing things like Normal

If I’m in episode mode, yes I do. However it’s good to trust in the process and know that you’re going to be okay once the panic subsided.
