Challenge your self to do at least one productive per day:)

Do things that you enjoy doing, but also ride out and process what you feel in the moment. If it's too much to take at once, distract yourself with something and come back to it later once you're calmed and you're ready to figure things out. Reach out to anyone you trust, and have your own back in this situation you're in. Remember, it's okay to not be okay, and it's okay to vocalize that you aren't okay. Take care of yourself love.

Listening to music helps me a lot or reading. Just something that you find relaxing

Check out a post I made starting with "my perspective on the self care thing" I talk about a much less annoying, person specific, self care that focuses on necessary needs for your body and life

I enjoy just opening a window and trying to feel the sunlight on my face. Art also helps me, maybe it'll help you! Art doesn't have to be perfect either, that's what's great about it. I hope this helps. ❤️
