Struggling with Self-Harm: My Journey

So sorry to hear this love/ I used to be struggling with this for years and years. I am well over three years free of cutting- but sometimes I have hurt myself on accident while having an episode… for example I smacked a wall when it was dark and to my surprise there was a nail in the wall that went through my hand 🙃 I promise it gets easier and easier even if you have th learn the hard way. At 25- I have come so so far- I choose to break the cycle but I also sometimes have detrimental mistakes such as the one I just shared with you… my heart is with you… if you need to talk I’m here ♥️
