ever since getting laid off 3 months ago, my depression has been really bad to the point where I just go in my bed to sleep whenever because I have no friends and no motivation to do anything. I just haven't been caring about myself. just the age I'm at with my career, friendships, and relationships, I just feel completely hopeless

      You are NOT alone! Just take it day by day and don’t look to far into the future. Try to accomplish one thing each day, and just that one thing. As you start to regain control of your life slowly add more tasks that you feel you can tackle. Try a gratitude journal and mediation, I have found much healing in both of these. I also have plants as a hobby, and getting up everyday to take care of them gives me a purpose to take care of something and I find peace and relaxation while doing it. Hope you find happiness in the small everyday things in life 💜
