      Hi Remmy! I relate to this as well. As it is my biggest trigger for a panic attack. I do CBT like most of these replies as well, it is very helpful!

      Hey, I agree with Chanel, I used to panic from lots of stuff, not just loud noise. The thing that helped the most was CBT with a therapist.

      It took me years to get over this but it’s not in a healthy way as I disassociate until I can refocus and know I’m safe

      Hi Remmy, I think I know the feeling you described. It is such a scary feeling. The therapy that helped me the most is CBT. Through that therapy, I learned some methods to deal with the attacks. I feel my condition improved since I started practicing that.
