Just increasing table salt is not enough is most cases. Get a powder such as 'liquid IV' to add to a daily water bottle and drink throughout the day. Luckily I have children so eating snacks in-between meals and before bed is very easy and does help with the after meal blood rush. Also, eating high sugar meals such as pancakes can directly affect stanima for the following hours. Food choices however don't really change the probability of fainting. Lots of salty water does!

I would Google this one some more but I have heard people with syncopal disorders such as POTS May benefit from eating small meals more often because after a big meal apparently blood rushes to your stomach to help digestion which can cause blood pooling or less blood/oxygen to your brain.
My dr recommend I keep up my salt intake, drink LOTS of water, and he said to build muscle tone in my legs because it can act as compression stockings :)
I’m sure you know this one, but definitely increase salt intake if you can!
