I'm not too sure if this is really ok or not but I have been constantly eating cereal (mainly honey nut Cheerios) and drinking 2 meal replacement a day. I've lost quite a bit of weight within 2 months and I was wondering if this is actually hurting me more than I think?

It's just that most times I don't feel like cooking. With that being said, I don't feeling going to go get fast food and most of what I eat will be something quick. Specially when im going to work, I barely eat anything
