For me, it was easy to start small. For example, if you can't brush your teeth, you might be able to swish some water in your mouth and spit it out. The process is different for everyone, and it can take a day or lots of time.
I think the best way is to just make a decision to choose life. Do things you love, meet people who are dear to you, and take care of yourself mentally through medical or psychological treatment. That's the only way you can regain your energy.
