I resonate with lonliness I am a very isolated individual myself and I recommend find you someone who you enjoy being around and attempt to get into the routine of playing a video game. Whatever you enjoy hobby wise find people that also like it and create a new support group with them. Do it slowly and organically. Also be aware of self talk and consider CBT to adjust how you think. It has helped me. Practice gratitude in the now and always have hope. I hope it all works out. 🙏
