I have been dealing with scary shortness breath feeling and at times I feel it could be coming from my back or chest muscles. This sensation comes and goes for me. it send me into a panic attack. I know its not my panic attack. This came out of no where and just hasn't left. I get this vibration in the upper right mid side of back. My oxygen is always good. My peak flow is always good. It just always feels tight to inhaler. I have had so many test done. My quality of life sucks. Can anyone relate? I feel like I'm going crazy with this Scary breathing feeling.

I have a suggestion that may sound really silly. Slow deep three part breath. If you sit still and continue to focus on the slow deep three-part breath (look it up on YouTube) if anybody wants more information on how this can help message me

Same here, I cant take a deep breath in because the pain in my upper back, around the shoulder area is so intense and it's somehow putting a restraint on my ability to breath
