@MeeB333 By the way, Zizyphus (in tincture, tablet or powder form) is often used for all types of grief, loss or other acute mental anguish & extreme upset, and, in combination with whatever else is in this formula, ingredients stopped my vivid lucid waking nightmares (I kept waking up in a panic, even thinking I’d hear ex screaming & banging outside) and helped me to sleep through the whole night, without waking, basically immediately…!!! Hey, I know how you feel… After escaping an (actually ANOTHER/hopefully my very last!!!) abusive relationship, I was having really vivid lucid nightmares for months, where I wasn’t actually sure if I was awake or dreaming, & I was sure my stalker ex was outside, trying to break in… :( The only thing that stopped this cycle was a Zizyphus Combination powder, by KPC Herbs, called Suan Zao Ren Tang, that my Acupuncturist/Doctor of Oriental Medicine prescribed. Not sure if this would help you, but it was a lifesaver for me, so I just thought I’d mention it!! I hope you find some considerable relief from this soon!
