Hey first post here I’ve suffered with migraines since the age of 6 I’ve had mri, lumbar puncture and plenty of bloods ect.. they last sometimes up to a week and I’m constantly dizzy and vomiting. I think due to mental health difficulties my health hasn’t been taken as seriously so I’ve been put on sumitriptan and that’s that. I’ve been looking into alternative treatments wondered if anyone had anything that helped them 😁
