@Marzie oo I think that sounds super effective! I have to try that too!

I set my first AM pills on a small dish the way I see them. They're by my keys. And I keep my others in daily strips (packed weekly) that I carry with me during the day and I use the Medisafe app. Which has a reminder. Though I will say not AS effective if you don't pay attention/ or it starts to. become background noise. I also keep 1 full day's worth of meds (not vitamins or supplements) in my car and 1 in my backpack/purse in a very small case, I forget and get to work before I remember. Which tends to happen more often than I’d like.

I use phone alarms but I also use an app called MyTherapy that I set my med times and it notifies every 5 mins (or whatever you set it to) until you go in the app and confirm that you actually took the medication. It's been super helpful for me

I second phone alarms and a weekly pill organiser so you know if you have taken it or not. I recently got a gym water bottle (my tablets make me get very thirsty) with a little container on the side you're meant to put sports powder in but I use it for tablets. In my handbag I have a daily pill organiser with a day of meds in too for times I am out longer than expected.

phone alarms definitely help. putting your meds somewhere you can see them easily also helps, like next to a water bottle or clock. I also got a colorful pill organizer, so it's more visible when I look at it.

I pack my daily meds in a pill organizer case, and i set a daily alarm on my phone. I also make sure i take my meds as soon as my alarm goes off, because you might forget to take them.

I have to remember mine and my son's. I set alarms on my phone for my son and have my meds in the bathroom so that I remember when I brush my teeth.

I have done this many times, I set my alarm on my phone and also have them by my bed so when I get up that is the first thing I see. Maybe that might help you?
