My 3 and half year relationship has ended and we are not good for each other and it's been a terrible relationship but I still care and it's really bugging me. I feel like this going to be very hard and I'm still living with him for the next 3 months so it's very confusing and difficult. Any tips on how to make this easier or distance myself would be much appreciated.
I know it's difficult getting over someone especially being with them for a long time. Due to you guys living together set some boundaries and let them set some too. I get it can be confusing but doing that will kind of help get you both on the same page. You can't exactly make things easier you just have to take things as they come. To distance yourself make sure you have like a lock on your door and things like that but lock up your room and go out and do something. Hangout with friends! My friends have helped me get through many breakups by teaching me that I am better off without that person and they were so right. Do things with friends and focus on yourself! You matter and you should always come first
