Dealing with Ongoing Anxiety

Seems like as I get older it gets worse. I am on my own and it’s hard. The aging process could be part of it I guess.

Yeah I get that I've been dealing without medication my whole anxious life I miss the times I didn't even feel stress let alone anxiety over everything

Thank you for that. I worry that if I depend on medication there may be a time when I can’t get it anymore.

You can learn to go on without it, but it is a long long painstaking process and while I have managed to let go of some of it I still have long long way to go
