Good luck with that. I was diagnosed with meniers and they're no cure for that. I have vertigo, tinnitus, off balance, now sprained neck. Please have that checked out maybe ENT
Have you seen a doctor? For vertigo you need to figure out your triggers. I get vertigo when I’ve been exposed to certain things I’m allergic to and when I don’t sleep well. Sadly there isn’t a cure but once you learn your triggers you can work to avoid them and usually that will reduce the frequency and severity
Correct there really is no cure for vertigo or Meniere's disease. I've had it since 2015. Started out with vomiting nausea and would be bedridden for two days sometimes. Luckily a buddy of mine turned me on to 25 mg meclizine tablets chewable. It was a game-changer for me I still get dizzy spells every once in awhile but not near as bad. I take two in the morning 1 in the afternoon and 2 before I go to bed every day. You can get them Walmart behind the counter but you don't need a prescription. Or you can get them from Amazon.
