Internal Sweating with Anxiety and Panic Disorder

It's all I do... Ice water all the time, just 😞 sucks

I can relate to this as well, mine happens more in summer but over the years it had shifted into me becoming off balance like an unstable walk, then it triggers sweating!

Yes! And the medication my doctor put me on just made it worse. I can barely sleep next to my husband because we both have it. Not to mention, I crave physical touch so it's not like we can sleep separately. It got to a point I had to quit my job because I would try to clean and within 2 minutes I was drenched in sweat and I wear glasses. They would literally fog up inside a cool apartment. 😥

Everytime , especially when iam in bed if i wake up in middle of nite and try to go back to sleep
