Well I've doing a lot of reflection over my life. And I realized I've been assaulted multiple times throughout my life. I was younger then so I didn't realize it but now I do. So what do I do now?? I'm angry because there were supposed to be adults protecting me but they didn't & then all top of that I'm depressed so WTF am I supposed to do??

I was aussulted to by a person in my church who was supposed to protect me I know how it is. I still get angry about it. I don't hate church now but I don't feel the same about it even though I have moved multiple churches. It's incredible how ones person's actions and ruin it for you and everyone else.

I recently went through the same realization, and I still havent figured out how to get past it all
Its a form of therapy.ive tried it a few times. It helped some. But not like I wanted. Google it and see if you are able to give it a try. Its done by certain counselors. Alot of ppl I know say it has worked wonders for them
Have you tried EMDR?
