    My bullet journal helps so much. I use to keep a cute little planner but now I just bullet journal. I can track symptoms and it's really helped the last few years to realize when I'm in a depression or I'm just not ok. I am very good at ignoring my own needs, and forget to care about me. The bullet journal helps with that, and I can remind myself to put laundry in the wash or take a shower.
