Struggling with Chronic Pain and Addiction

Hi guys . New to the app. I’m really struggling with nerve pain 10 years after surgery…. I had squamous cell cancer in my tonsils & had surgery to remove it. I’m struggling with addiction/pain killers & have just detoxed of all my meds to try & be pain killer free ( it’s taken me 9 months!) No more opiates, no more benzodiazepines. I now take a tiny amount of pregabalin. Does anyone have any ideas for pain relief please that doesn’t involve addiction issues . If I use them I’m addicted, if I don’t I’m in agony.
