Hi! I’m new! I have PCOS, asthma, endometriosis, POTS, IBS, and a mix of mental health issues. I joined because I feel like those that are “healthy” don’t always understand the layers of care and protection go into my every day and it’s exhausting. Sometimes it’s a struggle balancing every condition, especially when my mental health makes it hard to care for my physical health. I just want to build a supportive community that understands that I’m not making excuses, I just want someone to understand and celebrate those achievements that are overlooked as basic.
