For my whole life, I've struggled with my relationship with food both physically and mentally. I go through periods where I can't eat food without feeling terribly ill and I can't process a lot of food. Plus, I have disordered eating issues along with other undiagnosed eating issues. My doctors have kinda pushed off my physical issues since they can't seem to find what's causing it. Any ideas what I should do?

❤️ I struggle with food a lot. Stress eating slow digestive system. Please see counsel over your relationship with food. Bitters helps your digestive system along with enzymes allowing you to process foods more naturally. I have decent digestion now but still struggle with the mental part.

Find a doctor that really cares about his/her patients!! The stupid doctor who finally diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia told me I couldn't be his patient anymore because he doesn't believe in Fibromyalgia that he just said I have!!!???!! If your doctor doesn't believe in what your saying or won't help you out with all issues he tell them about, drop them and find a new doctor who will go above and beyond to help you with all issues you have. Soon profound wisdom from me. I've dropped so many doctors because they wouldn't listen or believe in what I said

When I had a bad relationship with food and I wanted to lose weight healthily, I went to a dietitian who made me a menu and told me what I should eat and when. Maybe eating regularly can also help with your physical and mental health problems? Good luck🤗

I would tell your doctor (how much of a difference they would make in your life if they would listen to what you need for your health. Ask if they can run the necessary tests to figure things out instead of keeping you in an anxious state, it’s not healthy. ) you know your body more than anyone. If they can’t help I would suggest finding a different one who will. Hope this helps ✋ 💕

No. I have in the past, but not for food related issues.

What worked for me was just keeping on pushing with my doctors. I've been having stomach issues my whole life, but no one ever took it seriously. I finally got fed up and found a gastroenterologist who actually took me seriously, and started going to therapy to deal with my mental health too. Im finally at a point where I feel confident in my diagnoses and can actually work on making changes to be healthier. At the end of the day we have to be our own advocates, even though it's exhausting. I truly hope you find out what's going on.

Are you going to therapy right now?
