Hello! I want to make a more positive post here because we all love pets here! What does your pet help you with? Personally my little Pomeranian, Bentley, helps me with my Depression, Dissociation and even some of my paranoia!

      I have a cat named Daydream, he was a prescribed ESA (emotional support animal) by my psychiatrist. He helps me with panic, distress, dissociation, and hearing (he nudges me if someone knocks on my door). He's amazing!

      I have a cat named Bruce. He always notices whenever I feel down, so he does anything to get my attention to pet him. He also stays by my side whenever I have a panic/anxiety attack.

        @Asoingberg I love that so much! My little buddy keeps me grounded and forces me to get up and take care of him when all I want to do is do nothing sometimes. He’s one of the best dogs I’ve ever had and he helps me so much! I’m so glad you have Bruce to help you along!
