Anyone have recommendations for alternatives to CBT for anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD? I’ve done a 12 week course of CBT and have seen very little improvement or benefits. Seems like it’s all stuff I knew already due to being in therapy for a very long time. Also, tips on finding a good trauma therapist/counselor? I feel like working through the trauma and opening up about it is the next step in the healing/recovery process for me, personally. But I’m struggling to find a therapist I truly trust and can open up with.
