no. your autism won't "get worse" because it's not a disease, it's a neurodevelopmental difference. as you get older and more accepting of your whole self, autism and all, you may find it harder to mask, even in situations where masking was second nature to you. you're also not suddenly acting "more" autistic, you're just more aware of your own behaviors and what's causing them
