Recently, my IBS has started to flare up less if not at all. For the last 3 weeks almost, I have had normal bowel movements everyday instead of once every few days! Because this is new, I’m not used to what’s happening right now; period poops. When I’m on my period, I can always (or could always) count on having one nice normal poop at the start of every cycle. I guess since I was always constipated, what should have been my period diarrhea just because a normal poop. Today I started it again, and instead of a nice poop, I’ve had two raging diarrheas today. Like I said, this is very new so my body is still trying to adjust to the feeling of needing to suddenly find a toilet- it’s so weird. My sister has IBS-D and we constantly joke about how I wish I had what she had instead because “at least she can actually go”, but I’m obviously joking- but I guess the universe thinks I’m NOT joking and is deciding to give me a trial run! 😭

@gerky03 Unfortunately no. My flares come and go on their own and they’re not specific, either. I was fine a week ago when I posted this, but now I’m back to feeling awful and being constipated again. :( I really hope you’re able to find a way to make them happen less for you!! I wish I was able to help, I know how it feels to feel desperate in this situation.
