Coping with the Loss of My Mother

I lost my mother when was around your age, over 20 years ago. Trust me when I say it does get easier as time passes. When she passed away it was following years of illness and pain. Even so, I was in shock and not ready to lose her. I had 2 young girls (6&7) and a husband who supported me. It was probably the most difficult time of my life. But I did get through it.
