Pacemaker causing problems, can't get help

I've contacted the manufacturer and they say to contact the doctor. The cardiologist that did the implantations is a huge jerk and refuses to answer my questions. He's stuck back in time and keeps telling me, "When you were in the hospital.". He wouldn't acknowledge a thing that I said. He wouldn't tell me about the current condition of my heart. He wouldn't tell me if it had healed. As far as I know, there were no blockages. I live in Lake Charles, Louisiana. It's not a tiny place.

What state city do you live in you need both a big city lawyer and a big doctor. Also call the manfactor of the pacemaker.
