I listen to music yes, plus I sleep with a fan on and cuddle with a stuffed animal. It helps if you put Vic’s Vapor Rub in your nostrils (lavender kind) even if you wear a CPAP if you do. It’s best to have your fan to your length of your body on a stand if possible on low. I hope this helped you Tyler. I hope you get the hang of it soon.
