      Try to reach out to a family member / friend, even just for a phone call. If you have no one like that that you can get in touch with. Try calling an emergency contact number and talk to them. The main thing is, if you're feeling lonely and isolated, is to talk to someone regularly, say once or twice a week (can be more or less whatever you're comfortable with)
