Yes, I've tried armour and levo at different strengths over the years. I haven't found much relief from medication for my Hashimoto's symptoms, despite my TSH occasionally being within a normal range. I've had to focus on treating my worst symptoms as stand alone issues. I have changed my diet to gluten and dairy free for the past 5 years. I do feel like this has helped with my stomach sensitivity issues and some of my fatigue... It's a big switch, but having some alleviation to symptoms makes it feel worthwhile to me. I also treat my depression, general anxiety and panic attacks with medication. Still working out sleep issues, but have had some success with sleep aids and melatonin.

Yes, I was on Levothyroxine and never got rid of the symptoms at all first getting on, then I was told by the Dr.... They can increase your mcg, but really the meds just take a few weeks to a month to take affect and notice any symptoms gone. πŸ˜₯ I tried that and continually started taking them for a month, then noticed my symptoms were reduced tremendously. The meds really just take forever, never happen over night or in a week.
