I've been making a very random/long list called "what makes me happy". and it's just like random pages of paper, continuing on the list, pinned on top of eachother. and it's on my wall. and it's been very nice. cuz I just think of the things that feel good to put on the list. and I don't worry about my hand writing either. or if the title is pretty. and im not worried if I can't see the papers, behind the other papers. I also don't rush myself to fill the list when I get a good idea. and it's not only physical things on the list. it's like concepts, ideas, reminders, and just random stuff. and it's like cute stuff too š¤ but yeah. and I elaborate a lot on each thing. like smts I can only fit one topic on a big ass page. but it's pretty cool. and like practicing, holding onto my ideas for the list throughout the day, and not worrying about filling it out a specific way is nice. it's helping me feel trust in myself.
