I have hives caused by high temps, as well as pressure, and also spontaneously. My doctor diagnosed me with chronic spontaneous urticaria and chronic inducible urticaria. I've tried all antihistamines available, and am now on Xolair (omalizumab) which has helped an incredible amount.
i have hives but it just flares every 3-6months without any discernable cause
