What do y'all eat during GP flares? I've been living off of popsicles and some applesauce and IV fluids... it isn't going to sustain me for much longer

I found a protein shake mix that is safe for gastroparesis. It’s by Drink Wholesome.

yes to smoothies! some people are able to tolerate drinks like ensure those help me feel a little more sustained during a flare, so if you can tolerate those it might help. when those aren't working, i also have different kinds of baby food, maybe mix a little flavorless protein powder in

I mix dairy free yogurt with vegan protein powder, some low fiber fruit, and a drop or two of honey. Blend it & freeze it in popsicle molds. I can get upwards of 20g of protein per popsicle and it melts in my belly, so it’s easy to digest 😊

@100Percent_K I am sure I can Google this, but...what the heck is considered low fiber?? What fruits, specifically, because I think smoothies will become a go-to for me. I am over a month from seeing my nutritionist, and feeling lost.
