I'm trying to get a diagnosis for OSDD and I'm frustrated, because my psychiatrist keeps rescheduling, and it's going on 7+ months like this. and i have episodes where it just feels like, I'm outside of my body, like my body is not mine. as if I'm looking through a peephole and listening through a door, in a weird echoey way. if that makes sense.
