Feeling Like I Can't Make Decisions For Myself

I feel like every decision I make, I get yelled at for. I feel like I can make decisions by myself because it doesn't satisfy others. Yes I know I should put myself first but it's hard when you can't be in charge of your own life. Ending myself would be easier because everyone will be happier and not have to worry or care about me anymore.

      I feel this same way, I’m so sorry you’re going thru this but something my therapist told me that’s helped me separate myself a tiny bit from those thoughts is that they are your brain trying to protect you from pain. Your brain sees s****de as the easiest way out even though it isn’t. I promise things will get better and you will eventually be able to get yourself out of that situation and regain control of your life someday.

      Start with the little things that you can control. Also, no one is every happy to hear is a sew ah slide. People will be sad for you if you do. Please don't! Talk with us, talk with 988, take a stretch and thing of the things that you love.

      Thats such a difficult place to be in. Umalovomg yourself isn't the answer to your difficult problem as very hard as it feels right now. Tell me some small things you dry for yourself. What's your favorite outfit song, etc?
