Can Snakes Be Support Animals?

Any animal can be an esa, but esa's are VERY different from service animals. The only animals that can be service animals are dogs and mini horses. The have to have 120 hours of training, and be trained to help with a disability(or chrnic illness.) Esa's are not allowed in non pet friendly places tho, which is sad.

I don't see why not. Snakes are really smart. I have a friend who has a emotional support duck. There's another guy in my town who has a service duck who he brings to the grocery store to get stuff off the bottom shelf for him bc he can't bend down due to a permanent injury. The guy has one of those rolly baskets and the duck puts his groceries in the basket for him. The basket has extra high standing handles so he doesn't have to bend down. I think a service snake would be a little far, but I know a few people who bring their pet snakes everywhere for comfort.
