I doubt many people feel like this but do you ever feel like your not bad enough to take meds? I take my anxiety med as needed and I have to force myself to take it. Does anyone else feel the same way if so how do you cope with it?

I debate if the med is worth it, especially with migraine meds and I can’t take every day. I also tend to forget I have my anxiety meds until far into a full Blow panic attack.

It’s really difficult. Sometimes I have no problem taking the meds…other times it’s the hardest thing for me to do. Thankfully I have a husband who reminds me everyday that I will feel better once I take them.

All the time. I debate with myself if my anxiety is bad enough to take it. Sometimes my heart rate is normal but I have bad anxiety sensations and I question if it's okay to take because it calms you and my HR is already normal and I don't want it to slow more. My thoughts are my own worst enemy when it comes to my as needed medication..
I do this all the time. I’m always second guessing if I need to take them. Even if I probably should.
