I was diagnosed by two different allergists with mcas. having issues with medication management since I moved out of state, away from drs.

Hi, to control the disease you will have to be monitored by a doctor and take medication. I suggest maybe predetermining a day of the month when you do all these arrangements, even at the cost of traveling a little farther to see a doctor. Medicine can sometimes even be asked to be bought several months ahead of the next check-up.
