None. When I was first diagnosed with fibromyalgia my pcp thought it might be lupus and sent me to a rheumatologist. The rheumatologist determined that it was not lupus, but was fibromyalgia, and promptly told me that they did not treat fibromyalgia. š
Neurologist seemed to help for migraines. Allergy specialist inasmuch as I was able to start immunotherapy. Probably most helpful was my ENT to discover the spur on my septum ans get surgery to shrink tissues, remove spur, and straighten septum. They found a sinus cyst the size of a grape while they were in there. The migraines and headaches did not go away, but I feel pretty sure that having fewer upper respiratory problems has only helped my journey.
