Bandaids helped me with finger picks. I look like a bit of a dork, but I invested in cuter bandages. It's not fool proof. I have another person that said hypnosis helped her.
Skin tags are no good and I chew them short and not peel it like a banana. Someone said just chew them and that’s it. I can’t help it sometimes.
Nail polish,especially if you can find peel off types
Chewing gum helps me a lot! I have to keep my mouth or my hands busy at all times :)
I’m having the same issue 😭 Usually when I get my nails done it stops temporarily then it comes back a couple weeks later not sure if there’s a real solution at this point. Every solution is temporary
they sell fidget rings and those really help me! or any type of fidget toy to occupy my hands works too
I do the same thing, what tends to help for me is holding something to fidget with. I also try to wear rings to fiddle with. Hope this helps
@0Ash0 thank you so much!!
i pick at my acne a lot. 😥
@jellyforspongebob your not alone
I’ve chewed and picked at my fingers and fingernails for years 😭😭 the only thing that ever helped me stop, was getting my nails done with either gel or acrylic nails. It made me not want to mess them up!
@MrsJacobs22 thank you so much!n
