does anyone have any wonder as to why God saved you yet don't feel like you have a purpose

I deal with this a lot, especially since I went on disability in 2018. I used to be so active and now I’m always sick. I read the book Man’s Search for Meaning by Viktor Frankl and it helped me a lot. I’m not religious but I do believe we all have a purpose.

I have that war in my head go off all the time. Especially when you’ve gone through so much you ask yourself “Why am I still alive?” And continuously going through crap doesn’t help any. You’re not alone 🙏🏽💜

I feel like I am always wondering what my purpose is in life. It’s terrible to feel worthless sometimes.

While I don’t believe in God per se, I do feel like my purpose is slowly inching into view and I don’t know what it is yet. It’s thrilling and wonderful and I am having a hard time waiting.

I wonder about my purpose ALL the time. I think we are made to feel that unless we work 40+ hours a week (OUTSIDE the home) and volunteer and, and, and.... We have to remember, we were not created for that kind of life, even when the world screams at us that we are lazy if we don't buy their lie. I even cry and have anxiety and depression related to purpose. (Feeling like I haven't found mine.) I think that is when God makes it most evident that our 20 year old epileptic son will always be with us. He doesn't have much of a chance of being on his own. Is that not purpose enough? (I have raised 4 other children besides him. I have also been a fairly big part of all my kids' friends lives. On purpose. I would have rather I had tons of kids at my house and know where they all are and that they are all safe!) Sometimes I let the world tell me that that is not enough. And sometimes, I remember that Satan is the great deceiver. For anyone who needs to hear this... Satan lies! Do not believe the lies. @Luvabitt I hope this helps and isn't too preachy. ❤️🙏

Yes, totally. But, then I realize we don't see the BIG picture and life has ups and downs. Hopefully the up part is just around the corner..
