Strangely enough, a little pregnancy trick was told to me, ginger candy. I regularly ate baby food, and saltines

A lot of times I just have to sleep or rest. But I usually have nausea medicine on standby and a bunch of protein shakes when I can’t eat solid food.

Reglan or zofran and a lot of sleep to sleep it away.

I take zofran every 8 hours, and have phenergan on standby if I feel nausea through the zofran. Walking after a meal helps aid digestion if you’re up to do it. Marijuana helps me with the pain. Being on miralax daily also helps me keep BMs regular and the system moving, being backed up can make everything worse!

For me, I always keep meds on hand. I never know when an episode will hit. I also eat smaller meals as it lessens likelihood of nausea issues. Diet is a big thing with gastroparesis. You’ll find certain foods that you just can’t tolerate well.
