Anyone else have facial numbness? It's not due to allergies or a stroke and it can last any amount of time for me.

    I get numbness in my arms and legs every now and then, but my face has only gone numb a couple of times. Idk what triggers it though

    Yes, and I can explain why! I have chronic transient hypoxia because of my POTS, which is common, and typically affects the left frontal lobe.
